| |  | | March 5, 2009: At the California Citrus Mutual event in Visalia, California the company continued to garner attention at its booth from all in attendance. Nick Macris and Rob Van der Staay of Good Bugs Insectary participated. - February 1-3, 2009: Alpha Scents, Inc., generated a lot of excitement with its No-mess Sticky Cards adhesive, ACP trap, CLM and Codling Moth systems and other new products at the 2009 Association of Applied IPM Ecologists (AAIE) in Modesto, California. A humorous looped movie comparing the new adhesive to the commonly used glue was enjoyed by all throughout the two day event.
- January 27, 2009: An Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) trap was announced by Alpha Scents, Inc., today that have proven in field tests to be four times more effective than the Pherocon AM trap. Studies were conducted in sweet orange orchards at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Weslaco, Texas. The trap resembles the Alpha Scents Yellow Sticky Card but with a different color. It uses Alpha Scents’ exclusive No-mess Sticky Card adhesive.
- January 27, 2009: A new official logo was announced today by Alpha Scents, Inc. The new logo symbolizes the pheromone cone a flying insect traverses in its search for the female of its species. It will replace the original logo over the next few weeks and on product as inventory is replenished.
- September 29, 2008: Alpha Scents announces four new lures and the introduction of the Jackson Trap for fruit flies and midges. New lures include Citrus Leafminer, Phyllocnistis citrella, Apple Pandemis Lure, Pandemis pyrusana, Six-toothed Spruce Bark Beetle Lure, Pityogenes chalcographus, Quince Moth Lure, Euzophera bigella.
- September 15, 2008: Alpha Scents opens it online web store of insect monitoring systems, traps and lures for agriculture, horticulture, forestry, ornamentals, and yard and garden.
- August 28, 2008: Alpha Scents announces Dr. Darek Czokajlo, Ph.D. assumes responsibilities of President of the Company. Dr Czokajlo brings years of experience as a scientist, consultant, and product engineer in forestry, entomology, and chemistry.

President - Dr. Darek Czokajlo, Ph.D, Forestry, Entomology, Chemistry
Dr. Czokajlo earned his masters degree in forestry at the Agricultural University of Warsaw in 1987, and a doctoral degree in the field of insect chemical ecology and forest entomology at the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, New York in 1998. For the past decade Dr. Czokajlo designed new controlled release devices and traps at IPM Technologies, Advanced Pheromone Technologies, Forests Alive and APTIV. He spearheaded development of “Attract & Kill” technologies for insect monitoring and management in forestry, agriculture, and the public health sector.
